Event Planning (Full planning/design):

Full: SMD&E will provide full-service planning and design that is customized to execute all the clients’ specific wishes and ideas. We handle the vendor hiring, contract negotiation and service management of your entire event. Our team will create a detailed timeline and production schedule to be followed. SMD&E will provide complete assistance throughout your entire event planning process. As many planners provides different services, SMD&E will work very closely with you as you plan and execute your event! Full-service planning includes but not limited to locating a venue, identify vendors, create a design plan, decide on décor, unlimited meetings, and access to your event creation team!

Event Planning (Partial planning/design):

Partial: SMD&E will provide limited assistance throughout your entire event planning process for those who need additional professional expertise that relates to their planning progression. Our team will consult with clients regarding planning, vendors, design, and execution after they have already made most of the major big-ticket decisions (ie: venue, attire, décor, vendors, etc.).

Day-Of Event Coordination/Concierge:

Full: Scorpio Moon Designs & Event will manage everything from ordering your breakfast to receiving all vendors at the venue. SDM&E will oversee and assist with the set up and breakdown of your event from start to finish to ensure that you are able to relax and enjoy your event. Hiring a day-of coordinator is highly recommended to allow you to be a guest at your own event and enjoy the atmosphere that you created with our assistance!

Partial: Scorpio Moon Designs & Event will manage most things ranging from ordering your breakfast to receiving or guiding all vendors at the venue. SDM&E will oversee the set up and breakdown of your event from start to finish to ensure that you are able to relax and enjoy your event. Hiring a day-of coordinator is highly recommended to allow you to be a guest at your own event and enjoy the atmosphere that you created with our assistance!

Intimate Event Catering (Up to 30 ppl):

SMD&E caters personally up to 30 guests. Whether you want an intimate setting for 2 or lavish birthday event you can choose from our 4 delivery selections.

Pick Up or drop off: the client can choose their menu choice and pick up the food at our location, this option to saves the client on delivery and set up fees. Drop Off: This option is where SMS&E delivers the food to you, both options food is placed in disposable containers.

Real Display: this option consists of SMD&E pre-preparing the food, and a full decorative display to include tables, centerpieces, linen, glassware, tableware, etc.

Full Service: In addition to the real display, you can also choose to have the food professionally served and even cooked in front of you, this option is exclusively for intimate dinners for 2.

Consultations (first 30 minutes free, $75 per hour):

SMD&E will connect with potential clients via in-person, by phone or virtual video meetings to discuss their event type, ideas, budget, services, vendor requests and vision. Consultations will ensure that SMD&E is the best fit for you and your occasion. At consultations, potential clients may ask questions, gain clarification, request references, and view examples of completed events/services. At that time, customers can become clients, sign contracts, and immediately begin the planning process once the decision is solidified to hire SMD&E!

Event Decoration/Design Events:

SMD&E can provide custom personalized décor elements, designs, floral arrangements, etc. Our team can create custom floorplans and layouts based on clientele vison. We also can decorate events based on budget, client wishes, elements required and décor coordination efforts. SMD&E is full-time, hands-on service team!
